The aim of the work is to evaluate systems of human resource management in schools and suggest changes which can improve current situation. The thesis uses questionnaire method for employees and interviews with directors.

The personal planning of pedagogic workers at elementary school

This bachelor thesis includes two parts which are theoretical and practical. At the beginning of theoretical part author introduces the aim of the bachelor and its description, the reason of chosen theme and the structure of the thesis. In theoretical part author describes human resource (HR) activity, HR planning and specifics of HR activities at school. After theoretical part follows practical one, where author makes research through the questionnaires. The research is focused on HRs system planning of pedagogical workers on elementary schools - describes what ways and processes of planning exists. Also what targets establishment puts and how establishment achieves them, also in which documents the elementary school sets these targets. In the end of this bachelor thesis author comes up with the results of research. Author also states recommendation and instructions for planning pedagogical workers on elementary schools which are concluded after research.

The Bacheler Thesis is focused on a modern trend in personal marketing called Employer Branding. The ambition of the thesis is to identify and evaluate tools that companies use to build and strengthen their internal and external Employer brand. Knowledge gained in the theoretical part is implemented into practical research. Practical part analyses strategy of Employer branding in AIMTEC a. s. and includes research in form of questionnaire which leads to evaluation of success of Employer Branding activities of this company. The research also includes preferences of students in choice of their future employer. This helps to understand the students motivation for their decisions in searching an employer who presents the best option for them. The objective of the thesis is to sum up the strategy of AIMTEC in Employer branding, qualify the success of it and present new concept to strengthen the Employer brand of this company.

Education and development of teachers in kindergarten

The aim of this thesis is to map one of the activity- personnel training and development of teaching staff in educational institutions, particularly in kindergartens. Theoretically define the concepts of learning and development. The theoretical part describes the personnel activity in general, the historical development of human resources work, focuses on human resources management in detail. The next section defines theoretical difference between education and development. Education and development phases are analyzed in detail. The work deals with the education and development in the context of teaching staff in the final part of the theoretical section. In the empirical part by questionnaires is described and analyzed the systém of education and development of teachers in kindergartens in Prague. As a supplementary method is, used an interview with the directors of nurseries on the education and development of teachers in kindergarten. The survey is further complemented by an analysis of the documents relating to the education and development of teachers. The thesis is a partial step towards understanding the whole issue of education and development of teachers in kindergartens. Human Resources Management in an Organization

The goal of this thesis is to judge the system of human resources management in an organisation and to propose potential changes for its improvement. In the theoretical part the term of management of human resources and its evolution in single personal activities are explained. In the practical part there is a questionnaire which focuses on the level of human resources management in organisation Silon s.r.o. The questionnaire survey investigates work load of employees and their working positions, their payments and benefits, motivational program, communication channels and relationships at workplace. From gathered information there are suggested potential changes for improving human resources management in the organisation.

Specification of Employment of Persons with Autistic Spectrum Disorder

This thesis describes the specifications of employing people with Autistic Spectrum Disorder (ASD). The main goal is to formulate recommendations for managers and HR workers regarding adaptation of the HR processes, workplace environment and management methods to the specific needs of employees with ASD. This is achieved through the qualitative research using the methods of interview with participants of Autism@Work project together with analysis of additional resources. This thesis offers characteristic of people with ASD in the work context including the analysis of the current situation of people with ASD on the labour market and providing the best practice examples of supporting projects focusing at this target group. Analysis of HR activities in selected company

The aim of this thesis is based on theoretical knowledge and analysis of the basic HR activities in the selected company to identify the strengths and weaknesses of the policies implemented personnel work. Then propose an effective ways of improving HR activities and employee satisfaction. Basic personal activities analyzed in this thesis are the adaptation, acquisition and selection of employees, performance management and staff appraisal, remuneration and training of staff. Analysis of personal work and personal activities is carried out by observation and inquiry. Observations Concerning the work recruiters. Querying applies to employees and their view on the personnel work in the company. Conclusions include an assessment of individual personnel actions based on author's experience and opinions of employees. The conclusions include suggestions for improving analyzed HR activities.
